HowTo embed flash

Allright this post should result in a HowTo for embedding flash, because currently I cannot do so....

I open up a post, hit the 'Toggle HTML' source, paste the content from Screencast:

And when I select update I get a box with a small 'X' in the top left corner. On the resulting post the whole flash is gone.

Any ideas?

The trick to embedding Flash is using the 'Post Options'-> HTML On: Raw Linebreak mode<br/>
