Sheikh Zubair Posted October 16, 2011 Report Posted October 16, 2011 Even after doing FFT it shows time domain graph. Quote
jdunham Posted October 16, 2011 Report Posted October 16, 2011 Is the problem just the label? You have to type that in yourself. If it's not showing a waveform that looks like a spectrum, then you have a wiring problem and you should post your VI. Quote
crelf Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Even after doing FFT it shows time domain graph. It shouldn't - can you post an example? Quote
Sheikh Zubair Posted October 21, 2011 Author Report Posted October 21, 2011 Thanks for your replies. well i got the desired frequency domain waveform using the FFTvi from the signal processing>>waveform measurements palette. But when i use the FFT vi from the signal processing>>Transforms palette i am not able to get the similar waveform. kindly have a look at the attached VI and correct me. Thanks upload.vi Quote
todd Posted October 21, 2011 Report Posted October 21, 2011 The waveform in the attached image has sample rate of 1kHz. "input signal 3" stops at Nyquist. Quote
