USB 6009 not visible @ MAX

Just before i installed Evaluation ver 2011 OF LabVIEW. I Plugged in USB 6009 no LED blinks as i expected. I see a yellow exclamatory sign near USB6009 Icon in windows device manager. In MAX i'm not able to see USB 6009. NI DAQmx version 9.3.5. I observed NI Devmon.exe erroe while i restart the system.

Any HELP?

It's likely a software problem, but you didn't actually say what Device Manager reported as the problem.

Do a repair on your DAQmx install, it sounds like something is corrupt or broken.

Yea. I un-install the NIDAQmx 9.3.5 and re-install using LabVIEW 2011 Device driver DVD. Now i can able to use the device.

I had a a similar problem some time back - called NI and they directed me to a Windows hot fix for XP that solved the problem (sorry cant remember the Microsoft URL involved...)

After installation if we open MAX to see the device the "usbgotfix" ulr given for downloading the hotfix.
