Error NI-488 while sending mail using VI

NI-488:  Command requires GPIB Controller to be Controller-In-Charge.NI-488:  Command requires GPIB Controller to be Controller-In-Charge.

 

I am getting this error  while sending mail through VI. 

I have attached VI here with.

Many of the early error codes share a code between LabViEW and GPIB. Written above or below this error should be the LabVIEW error. What is the error code?

That's error 1. LV: argument error.

I tried to recreate the error, but couldn't get to gmail from this part of the network.
