Templates vi(*.vit)

Hi Jimmy-Chen,

You should download and install the OpenG Toolkit. It has VIs to do what you want. The Toolkit is at:

OpenG Toolkit

Get the all_packages 2.3.1 and install.

In the meantime, here is one VI from the toolkit that clones a VI, makes a template, opens it returning a reference to the newly cloned template after deleting the disk clone (but leaving the clone in memory).

If you put this VI in a case, in a loop connected to your boolean button you will have the start of what you asked for above.
