Plotting USB bulk data from PSOC

Hi 

 

Can anyone please help me to plot the USB bulk data which is coming from PSOC.

 

actually I am getting 256 pixel data from PSOC.

Each pixel having two bytes of data like,

0B0C 000E like 256 pixel (512 bytes)

 

I want to Plot the this data,

X-axis --- 0 to 255 count

Y-axis --- USB data(we need to convert Hexadecimal data to Decimal )
