Sending a trigger to USB Parallell port converter

Hey,

I have an usb to Parallell port converter from belkin (usb printer adapter F5U002EA) and I should send a trigger on this parallell port but I can't get it to work and the device is working properly according to the device manager.

Is there anyone who tried to do something simular ? And who can give me some advice ?
