tleibner Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 G'day, at the end of one of those endless wireing sessions I became inspired by a gimmick sold on thinkgeek.com: the TIX clock. Since software is the instrument, here is my (your?) new desktop clock. Enjoy! Any improvements are welcome. /Thomas Download File:post-3293-1139837395.vi Quote

orko Posted February 14, 2006 Report Posted February 14, 2006 Reminds me of the binary clock I saw on there: http://www.thinkgeek.com/homeoffice/lights/59e0/ When I had entirely too much time on my hands I made a LV version of it, I just can't seem to find it in my archives Quote

gobeirne Posted April 20, 2006 Report Posted April 20, 2006 Excellent stuff! It took a while for me to get it to work on my machine, though, as the "Get Time/Date string" was outputting the time as 3:49.00 p.m. instead of 15:49:00, as I presume it is set on your machine. So it would work with my settings, I altered the VI like this: Download File:post-3796-1145504710.vi The LEDs look superb - very modern art Greg. Quote
