Trying to connect two inputs into a visa write block

Hello everyone this is my first post here so I was unsure where to post this problem I have.

Basically I have attached the file i am working on, I am stuck trying to remove the faulty connection I have. I am trying to create an initialize button (bottom part of attachment) but am unsure how to go about doing this, the attachment shows how far I have progressed.

Is it possible to input two different strings into the visa write box? Is it possible to create the initialize button any other way?

I will be very grateful for any suggestions on how to solve the problem

just wanted to say i have managed to solve this problem....but have encountered another problem I could do help with!

I have attached the file solving the problem I had before. Basically the problem now is with the received message from the serial port. I am communicating with a stepper mottor and sometimes when i click on the initialize button i receive a message along the lines "00#0000110001". The problem is how do i automatically reset the values from 1 to 0 without using a reset button. The 00 before the hash button are constant and do not need to be altered. It is also not always the case that 1's are appearing.
