I need help!

Hi guys:

I have two problems when I build my executable:

1. I have lv8.0 and i make one application with database toolkit, bit when i run my exe the vis of database toolkit, i have continued with all the recommendations like the manual of database toolkit chap. 6 and don't work, how can I make so it works?

2. I am using crystal reports for my reports, how can I include the files .rpt with my exe and installers?

Question 1: I don't understand what you mean.

Question 2: Including your .rpt-file into the exe is not possible, they will be alongside of the exe. To include it into the installer, add them as "support files" in the "source files" tab of the app-builder frontpanel.

regarding the first question I should explain that my problem is when i build my installer, and I use the vis of the database toolkit .When I install my application all works fine with exception for those task that executes the vis of database toolkit. I have followed the recommendations of NI and that contained in the manual of database toolkit, chap. 6. without positive results.

With regard to the second question, besides includes the files rpt, I should include some installer od Crystal Reprots? if it is the way, how can I obtain it?

sounds like you should check the path to your database in the exe ...

or do you use a system dsn?
