paulmason Posted May 18, 2006 Report Share Posted May 18, 2006 Here's my problem: The operating system has been set to Japanese, the strings are displayed correctly in a text file (e.g. Wordpad), but the same string is not displayed correctly on a LabVIEW front panel (see the Quit? message in the attached picture). And in the second picture the VI title shows correctly as a Japanese character in the palette view, but as ascii characters in the context help! Wierd, huh? The odd thing is ... it works fine with Chinese - i.e. setting the operating system to Chinese and running with the Chinese support files. I was wondering if it was something to do with the default for front panel fonts - but I haven't found a place to edit that so it makes a difference... Any ideas? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
