I think that it makes for a great reminder to stay up to date on whats going on, and it makes my thunderbird inbox a fun part of my day. Take a couple 5 minute breaks throughout the day to glance over the boards and pick out a couple key pieces of information that you use or contribute I'm sure you'll enjoy your experiences here on the Lava forums.
