Ton Plomp
Hello, I have the following improvement suggestions for the CR: For a developer feedback is food. It would be nice if users automatically got a poll two weeks after the download asking the following: What do you think about %CR%: Looked at it, not worth trouble using Looked at it, is OK can't use it right now Use it sometime Use it regularly unmodified Use it regurlarly modified Ton Quote Link to comment
Michael Aivaliotis
There is possibly an interim option. Every submitted code has a dedicated support thread with it. You, as a developer can post a reply there to solicit feedback if you wish. Quote Link to comment

Personally, I don't like it when websites that I've downloaded something from require me to log in as the first step of the download process so they can send me "so-how-do-you-like-our-product?" emails later on - I think that should be up to the developer and/or user to initiate, as automatically generated emails like that can seem pushy. Perhaps, if someone downloads a LAVAcr submission, then we could automatically subscribe the user to the associated support thread? Quote Link to comment
