Davis Posted March 3, 2007 Report Share Posted March 3, 2007 Job Description: DDL OMNI Engineering, a rapidly growing DoD Engineering and Professional Services IT company, is seeking a full-time Software Developer for the Engineering Division. Successful candidate will be a team member who develops software programs used to control automated data acquisition systems, analyze and process collected data, and display/output the results. Developed software will include Graphical User Interface development and instrumentation control development. Candidate will be responsible for design and coding to approved requirements documentation. Candidate will participate in software system integration and testing. Education Required: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. Skills Required: Detailed knowledge of National Instruments LabVIEW a must. Additional experience in Matlab, C/C++, and Java for Windows XP-Pro OS on Intel Pentium hardware architecture. Knowledge of submarine acoustic and tactical systems considered a plus. Must have an excellent work ethic and be capable of clearly and succinctly communicating with engineering, management, and government personnel. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
