I had previously posted my querry but as per suggestions i uploading new vi. To be precise what is required in this project is to create a counter and count the no of times an event occurs(which in this case is toggling of switch).

This vi is simulation based because i dont have daq card at my home.(think of a daq instead of simulated signal)

i would be grateful if anyone would help making a vi based on the objetive.

The hardware model shows three holes and each has a bulb attached.When hardware switch is pressed a counter must start and count1=1,now if switch2 is pressed count2=1.again is switch1 is pressed count1=2, this process should go on.

if anyone could build a vi with reference to above requirements using projectsimulate.vi as the base????
