i have a question about control fan. My project is using labview to control fan on/off switch when temp is higher. i don't know how to create voltage to drive fan or a on/off signal and how to connect the fan to the DAQ card.

i am using K-type thermocouple to get temp.

My labview is 8.0 and the DAQ is PCI-6221, BNC-2120 is a connection board.

Please someone can help me, thank you so much.

I suggest a battery or power supply for the voltage (don't forget that you'll need some current, too, if you want any power). Connect the fan to the DAQ card with wires, and put a relay/switch in to turn it on and off. Note: the thermocouple will create voltage and current, but not enough to drive your fan.
