What's the best hotel for NI-Week

Well, since I'm an NI-Week rookie, I figured I'd tap the LAVA brain trust before picking a hotel. Does anyone have strong feelings about a particular hotel?

I stay at the Radisson, its within walking distance and it falls within my companies per diem. I've stayed there twice, in 2003 and 2005. I also hear that the OMNI is nice.

If you want to hang out with the LAVA crowd then the Radisson is the place to be.

I recently stayed down at the Raddison and actually didn't have all that great of an experience when I went. There was something wrong with the water I think. I had an odd scent to it. Maybe it was just bad timing and they had something going on during the time of my stay, but I was a much larger fan of the downtown Hilton which is only a few blocks away. Just my personal preference.

The JKI crew will be at the Hilton. Michael is just trying to throw everyone off. The only thing that the Hilton is missing is an air conditioned skywalk to the top floor of the convention center. Now, that would make those early morning walks to the keynote almost painless.
