Steilein Posted June 16, 2007 Report Share Posted June 16, 2007 Hello everyone, I need to create a voltmeter AC that measures true-rms and false-rms using the parallel port with Labview 7, however I am total new to the program and don´t know how to access the parallel port or even to creat the program to do the measures. One unspoken (and sometimes spoken) rule here is that you need to show us something that you've already tried and we'll comment on it. You may start by searching on your LabView Examples i think there is an example about the Parallel port. it's a good Start for you then you can go to NI site and search for more pluse you can [ try a forum search, wander through the LabVIEW wiki and LAVA Code Repository] as crelf told you & and we are all ready to help you if any problem faces you in writing your code.
