Include .NET Framwork Installer?

I have an application that requires .NET 2.0, I am using the NotifyIcon functionality.

IF .NET is not installed:

LabVIEW 8.2.1 built apps would error out descriptively saying .NET couldn't be found. LabVIEW 8.5 displays a broken error and tells you something about needing the LabVIEW developement system to fix the problem.

I need to include, or require as a prerequisite, the installation of the .NET 2.0 framework INSIDE my installer. The only additional installers NI offers are for NI products...

Any ideas??
