Alexis
Hey, I have a friend who is trying to get into the biomedical imaging field, but is finding that all of the jobs require some crazy level of experience. taurus
QUOTE(Alexis @ Dec 3 2007, 09:43 PM) Hey, I have a friend who is trying to get into the biomedical imaging field, but is finding that all of the jobs require some crazy level of experience. Any of you into imaging and can give me a few pointers to pass on to make herself more visible? I had been trying to break into that market for awhile. I wasn't able to get hired, though I may have been close. Try to talk to the professors at a University that offers Imaging type classes or Biomedical engineering. They may recommend you take a class in Medical Imaging or get a degree with this specialization. Universities are great places to network into industries. It may be wise to have some information interviews with people in that industry to see what they suggest. You may be suprised and find an employer that has been looking for someone. Quote Link to comment
