Extract table from Word...?

I have a table in Word file.

In the that table i'have wrote all my clients :name,telefon numbers,address etc..

I want to insert those records in a database.

If anyone can help me...

Or you can just use ActiveX and get the table data yourself. The best place I've found for help with all things microsoft is msdn.microsoft.com.
