Dear Labviewusers,

Is it possible to programmaticaly assign a name to a case structure.

For example: Ik want to add a case with the name of an input string value.

Maybe it's only possible in an event structure?

Can somebody explain that?

EDIT: Oh, programmatically. That would be scripting, try the "Add Frame" method and the "Frame Names" property for CaseStructure class.

Are you sure that the Casestructure class exist?

When i search for this in the Class specifier constant, i don't find it.

To access it, you have to use http://forums.lavag.org/LabVIEW-VI-Scripting-f29.html' target="_blank">VI scripting.

You probably don't need to use it, however. If you tell us what it is you actually want to accomplish we can probably offer a more appropriate solution.
