Programmatic refresh of menus (Tools/File/Help)

I'd like to be able to refresh the menus with an Application Method such as Application.Menus.Refresh(). This would be useful for updating the menus after installing items in the Tools menu.

I'll bet you can imagine why we need this feature :)
