Ranjini
I am plotting a 3D graph using CWgraph 3D could get a contour plot for particular level/ intensity of Z axis. how can i get the area of this contour plot ? there must be some way to get the cordinates or area directly because it is already plotting the contour nicely. ???? Norm Kirchner
Are you expecting to find the area contained within a specific contour line? The contour lines are interpolated between points and the points of a specific contour line is not available via any function. Your best bet might be to check out the NI labs and dig into the new 3d plot tool that NI is making in pure G instead of active x. I'm sure the data that makes a contour line is in there somewhere, but it'll be an exercise in self punishment trying to get to it. Quote Link to comment
