  1. Hi every body ..... my project is the same and i got the same module even from parallax and i can say that i had few problem with it coz i cant measure the voltage out, i am sure that we need to program the PIC to make it interface with the PC, my question is : sending the signal from the ECG circuit to the module should pass through a PIC so i heard that there are sometrhing called NI-SPY which can show hows the data transmitting using the serial port so anyway can try and see ? By the way the new idea is about finding an audio module and buy the UART to USB and solder then together, and can use acquire sound to get the signal so what about this idea ??
  2. hi everybody...... my applications is to send the ECG signal using a bluetooth module so i have to pair the to bluetooth devices (DONGLE ) and the (MODULE) i did this using bluesoliel 6.4 BUT when i want to run the simple server.vi can not, so i will try to run the applications using SERIAL COM PORT and i will call the function of VISA , so my questions are 1- if i will handle it with VISA is it so important to make sure that the dongle on the list of supported dongle by labVIEW2009 ?? or as much as i can set the port with bluesoliel its fair to proceed and use at ths time VISA ?? 2- i have to handle it using bluetooth functions?? by the way i prefer the 1st way...... which should be easier to handle.....plz i need help ASAP

  6. hi everybody, this is the first time for me to post a question here, hope i can find the good advice here. i am working on a project sending the ECG signal and show it using the labVIEW 2009, the diagram will be as below: ECG sensor-----op amp-----ADC-----easy bluetooth module (parallex #30085)---------laptop DELL (RFCOMM)----------labVIEW i find out that i must use PIC16F877A and have to connect it with the bluetooth which need a C programer, there are two way to deal with bluetooth:1- VISA ,2- BLUETOOTH FUNCTIONS my module work as a serial port so do i have to do like: module----PIC-----COM PORT----hyper link terminal(AT command)-------labVIEW-----VISA SERIAL COMMUNICATION (and i do not know how the hyper can talk with labVIEW ??) OR module----PIC-----COM PORT----labVIEW (BLUETOOTH FUNCTIONS) and i do not think so this way can work ?? the last option which is that i use RS232 but i do not prefer it coz the laptop do not have the SERIAL PORT. any idea maybe can be helpful ?? the link below can show the EASY BLUETOOTH MODULE http://www.parallax.com/StoreSearchResults/tabid/768/txtSearch/bluetooth/List/0/SortField/4/ProductID/550/Default.aspx
