  2. Job Description Coleman Technologies, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, and creative individual to fill an immediate opening for a LabVIEW Software Developer. Coleman Technologies is a certified National Instruments Alliance Partner and leading custom LabVIEW application consultant & system integrator in the mid-Atlantic US specializing in machine vision systems and scientific software. The position requires the applicant to work at our Newtown Square, PA offices (15 miles West of Philadelphia, PA). The ideal candidate would possess the following skills & qualifications: · BSEE, BSME or BS or an advanced degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science or another engineering/scientific field · Minimum of 1 year of LabVIEW code development experience · Well developed analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies · Broad technical knowledge spanning a wide range of application areas · Excellent writing, communication (English), management, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work both alone and with colleagues · Discipline and organization with respect to software development and maintenance. · CLAD, CLD, or CLA is not required but is beneficial. Candidates must be either a U.S. citizen or already legally working in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available for this position. We are not accepting applications from offshore candidates.   5. I just got burned on the X != X, if X = NaN. Since NaN is never equal to NaN (see "Comparison of Two NaN Constants Returns FALSE in LabVIEW" on ni.com) Along the lines of this thread, though, I found it interesting that, oh, unless that NaN is in the data of an object. Then NaN is equal to NaN (x=y?). ....Unless you make a copy of the object (x=y? 2):
  6. The KB linked below gives a detailed answer. The gist is that dialog box is a remenant of making Perforce work with Visual Studio (which I'm guessing requires the SCC to have a "Source Control Project"). Since LabVIEW doesn't require/use a "Source Control Project", you're free to select any .vi without harm. http://digital.ni.co...625716B0058B712
