  1. Hello as i 've mentioned in the mail list, i have write a VFW base (Video for Windows) wrapper for video or image processing under LabVIEW. It works with IMAQ + Vision, but don't needs it ! What do you want to do, image processing or, just showing a live video in your VI ? Mario
  2. Anyone interested in changing the shape of a Front Panel ?
  3. Hello You have to leave out the "Front Panel" substring and only use "Transparency.vi" cause LabVIEW adds the string "Front Panel" to the String in the Window, but the name is only "Transparency.vi" Hope it helped. have a nice day Mario
  4. Are you using "Transparency.vi" as the window name ? And yes i know that the sequenze is unnecessary . I just wanted to highlight the function steps :-) Mario
  5. Hello I just want to mention that there is an other possibility to make windows transparent. If you only need the feature in WINDOWS OS environment than use the API from WINDOWS itself ! I'm currently working on an OpenG addon for doing such kind of stuff. If you would like to test my Example VI please put the content of "lvwutil32.zip" in the user.lib folder. with best regards Mario Download File:post-19-1079538066.rar
  6. Hello Christian I've done some work with RAS dial up connections and LabView. The easiest way is to use the command line. First you have to create a new RAS item. Then you can initiate a RAS connection with "rasdial 'RAS connection name' 'name@password'", close "rasdial "connectio name" /disconnect. To check for the connection status i've used the TCP/IP Funktions in LabVIEW (Error Messages). Or maybe you would use this libs. http://www.lauwers.com/lv.htm i've found. Greetings Mario
