Is there an easy way to use windows authentication within LabVIEW? Tried to browse through . net functions but I couldn’t find a usefull one… I’m using a 64 bit windows 7 system and I want a function that checks if the user and password combination is valid and which groups the user is member of. Thanks in advance.

Hello, Is it possible to get a list of published tags found on a certain server? I’m aware of DataSocket Select URL.vi which uses an ActiveX to browse a server, but I cannot get a listing out of this… Kind regards, Jonas

Hi, I guess you are using a VI written by someone else. We cannot help you because we do not know what this vi does and what hardware you are using. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LabVIEW
