Suggestions for multiple (cheap) Ethernet cameras

Hi dear Crelf, I'm trying to get a snapshot from 15 cameras simultaneously in Matlab platform, I tried it by usb cameras using 2 usb hub, but it was impossible. do you know whether it's possible or not, if I use gige or ip cameras associated with ethernet hub?
