How do I update "Title"?

There is a "User Title" under my avatar that says "I need an avatar!" or something like that. I have searched for half an hour for how to change this and I haven't found it yet. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you mean the text under your picture

This will change automatic depending an the number of post you have.

If you pass 1000 post you will be able to sett the text yourself
