pane change and font size change

after i choose the vi properties->windows size->scale all objects on front panel as the window resizes, the Numeric control on this single pane resize when the pane resize. But the font of the Numeric control does not change.

Correct. This is expected behaviour, though not necessarily desirable. You'll have to write code to update fonts with panel size.
