difficulty in "upload file"

i try to upload a bmp file but i got a message stating " You aren't permitted to attach this kind of file"

I want to share block diagram of the DUT which users can understand my question quickly.

Try a png instead. Bitmaps are ridiculously inefficient, my guess is the forums don't allow them for bandwidth reasons.
