I want to jump in but don't want to get into more than I can chew (I keep hoping that the February Labview Update will include message response) Any thoughts on this? I find it really cumbersome that I can only send data via message but Cannot Receive data (especially dealing with class hierarchy) Quote Link to comment

jdebuhr Posted February 28, 2013 Report Share Posted February 28, 2013 I have found to me using the separated messaging work quite well and keep everything organized. in many cases if I have all the data kept int he actor i just use the private data what do you find cumbersome from the split send/receive messages?
