B Rad
Wanted: Used Labview with app builder - for Mac (I'm crossing over from Windows and don't have the $3.6k to buy new version) I've been told in another post that NI has to receive written notice of the transfer to allow me to register a used version. Thanks Edited February 7, 2013 by B Rad Quote Link to comment
maclabview
Long shot-try talking to your local LV sales engineer, see if they can help. Edited February 14, 2013 by maclabview Quote Link to comment
JamesMc86
Many people I know actually still run LabVIEW for Windows in parallels instead of transitioning. The main benefit being that most/possibly all tool kits don't support LabVIEW for Mac so you are limited to core functionality. This maybe fine for you but wanted to make you aware you maybe able to avoid this. The flip side is I have never seen anything to say we officially support this configuration but I have seen many people using it successfully (including NI staff). Quote Link to comment

Actually many Toolkits work just fine under the Mac. It's mostly the installers that support only Windows. Installing the Toolkit on a Windows system and copying it over to a Mac works for many of them, as long as they are all VI based and don't contain external code in the form of DLLs.
