bhargava126
Hello Everyone I am quite new to Lab-view.......In my project I am using relays for switching purpose in the hardware circuit. I would like to automate the switching process of the relays using lab-view. I am using USB-6501 Digital I/O device to interface relays with Labview. I have checked the examples on relays in lab-view help, but i am not getting any idea on how could I automate the switching process. Could someone please suggest me how could I do it or with any example VI's.......Thank you In advance Regards Bhargava Quote Link to comment
crossrulz
You will want to create some digital output tasks to control some of the DIO. Use the DIO to control your relays. You will very likely need a buffer circuit to supply enough current to control the relays. Quote Link to comment

crossrulz
Do a search in the LabVIEW Example (Help->Find Examples) for Digital Output. You should find plenty of examples of how to control some digital IO. Quote Link to comment
