Pop-up VI

Hello, 

I want to create a pop-up window to run, when I run the VI. The pop-up window to have a drop-down menu "Level" and 4 options: 1 ,2,3,4

What have you tried?  This sounds like a Menu Ring, or Enum.

Something you might look at is the window properties for the VI you want to have pop up.  With the VI open either press ctrl-i or File-->VI Properties, then under "Category" choose "Window Appearance".
