VI stop immediately after running

A very strange problem happened to me recently.

I have a subVI that I use as a result-monitor, and I have used it for a very long time. One day it stopped just after the other VI use it. I can see this subVI start to run, and then it stopped as if I pressed the Stop button, of course I didn't!

Another day I used another VI by invoke node, and found the same problem. The VI ran and then stopped.

I lighted both of the VIs and tried to see the data flow. The VI was started and none of the node was executed then the VI stopped.

What happened to these VIs? I'm looking forward to the solution.
