PID Control - External reset to prevent reset wind-up

Does the Advanced PID block in the PID Control Toolkit (v8.0) come with external reset as promised? I can't find any way to make it work. I get problem with reset wind-up using two PID Controllers in cascading loop.

I'm not sure if this will help, but according to the PID User Manual, the anti-windup is already built in to the PID vi's.

Looking at the "PID Integral Action" VI, the output is limited to "output high" / "output low" using the "In range an coerce" function.

So it's more like an 'anti windup hold' instead of a dynamic anti reset windup.
