Removing Multi-Language Support

I am trying to create an Installer that does NOT have all the languages supported.

I've unchecked the box for "all languages support, and selected only ENGLISH. However, my installer loads up to 19 directories that have multiple language support, since I can see files that end in "...DEU", "...FRA" etc.

I am trying to ABLSOUTELY minimize the total number of files that would be included in an Installer.

I am also loading the LV 8.20 RunTime Engine.

Any suggestions?

I don't have 8.2 and I'm not familiar with the way the application builder works in 8.x, but from what I understand, the language files would add little overhead to the RTE, which in practice is about a 90 MB minimum.

Why are you trying to minimize the size of the RTE?

If you need to send your application through email and you want to avoid sending a large file, instruct your users to download the RTE from NI's site and install it themselves and just send them the executable.

Other options would be to send them a CD with your installer or to upload it to a public server and supply them with the download link.
