  1. I just got an automatically generated post that I got through an RSS feed that's telling me about an article that I got through an RSS feed that's telling me about an article that I got through an RSS feed!
  2. What's http://forums.lavag.org/LabVIEW-Blogs-RSS-Feeds-f90.html for? I've already got RSS feeds to the blogs I'm interested in, so why would I want to get them there and have LAVA push a copy of them through the -ALL OF LAVA- RSS feed as well? I can understand archiving them here (as long as the blog authors are okay with that) for searching purposes, but should new entries be included in the -ALL OF LAVA- RSS feed?
  3. QUOTE(nrbqs @ Mar 21 2007, 06:34 AM) Welcome Bryan - have a look around, I'm sure you'll find heaps to keep you busy!
  4. QUOTE(Ben @ Mar 20 2007, 02:48 AM) It's the animal's fault - I'd be a vegertarian if they didn't taste so damn good
  5. QUOTE(Mike Ashe @ Mar 20 2007, 12:52 AM) Speaking of which, check out this evil screen saver... Leave it going for a few minutes - it's a cracker http://forums.lavag.org/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=5237''>http://forums.lavag.org/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=5237'>http://forums.lavag.org/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=5237
  6. QUOTE(Mike Ashe @ Mar 19 2007, 10:59 PM) Make it so! But remember: we're watching what you write...
  7. QUOTE(Eugen Graf @ Mar 17 2007, 09:28 AM) I think you need to look at the definition of determinsim - what you're asking for sure sounds like determinism to me: a timeslice with an acceptable jitter.
  8. QUOTE(Michael_Aivaliotis @ Mar 19 2007, 08:09 PM) IMHO that's not a case of trying to please all the people, that's a blatant bug. Linkification should not be applied where links already exist. It's a real shame that you have to turn off linkification - I was really looking forward to it improving the SNR on LAVA.
  9. QUOTE(Jim Kring @ Mar 19 2007, 09:20 AM) That would be really good - as long as the original post date was preserved. QUOTE(Jeff Plotzke @ Mar 19 2007, 09:01 AM) I think I need to add wiki articles for the words 'a' and 'the' -- Articles would have a ton of links! That'd be an interesting metric: the number of automatically linkified wiki links in a member's posts - sort of like how "general" your posting is
  10. QUOTE(Michael_Aivaliotis @ Mar 19 2007, 05:14 AM) Check out [wiki]LabVIEW[/wiki] - it rocks! That did the trick
  11. QUOTE(Michael_Aivaliotis @ Mar 18 2007, 06:25 PM) That's hopefully going to cut down on the n00b forum replies  LabVIEW LabVIEW Doesn't seem to work for me...
  12. QUOTE(Ben @ Mar 18 2007, 09:45 PM) It looks a little kinky to me (...not that there's anything wrong with that)
  13. QUOTE(AnalogKid2DigitalMan @ Mar 17 2007, 01:38 AM) You don't want to end up with clones all over the place...
  14. Get one of these - they take a week or so to get used to, but you'll never go back...
  15. QUOTE(LV Punk @ Mar 16 2007, 09:41 PM) My wife keeps getting "do you want a larger penis" spam emails - I wonder how they know?
  16. QUOTE(JFM @ Mar 15 2007, 11:31 PM)
  17. QUOTE(Aristos Queue @ Mar 15 2007, 08:12 AM) ...yet
  18. QUOTE(orko @ Mar 14 2007, 11:53 PM) Ewwwwwwwwww!
  19. QUOTE(Michael_Aivaliotis @ Mar 14 2007, 03:10 PM) A man would die of thirst waiting for that beer! Just shut-the-hell-up and give me a beer!!!
  20. I wonder how sanitary that red button is...
  21. QUOTE(Mike Ashe @ Mar 13 2007, 05:40 AM) As an aside: If you're up for writing a technical article or two and aren't interested in writing every month for your own blog, I'd be more than happy to make room on my blog for you. I, of course, have final say on whether I think your article belongs on my blog, but it's an option if you're interested...
  22. QUOTE(LV Punk @ Mar 13 2007, 01:21 AM)
  23. QUOTE(Aristos Queue @ Mar 11 2007, 01:16 PM) That's just hillarious! What's even funnier is to see a probe or breakpoint seemingly sitting out in space http://forums.lavag.org/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=5176''>http://forums.lavag.org/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=5176'>http://forums.lavag.org/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=5176
  24. QUOTE(Aristos Queue @ Mar 11 2007, 01:27 PM) Boom boom!
  25. QUOTE(tcplomp @ Mar 10 2007, 08:13 PM) That's interesting - very interesting. 128 bytes isn't a whole lot of room to jam in artist, album, title, track number, etc, although I s'pose it was only version 1...
