The TVI is a commercial software and we do not supply customers with its source code. We do make changes and upgrades per customer requests to the TVI - it has to coincide with our vision of the software use cases. For example we recently added support to run Python scripts and wafer lever mapping and testing based on customer requests. Some changes and upgrades we do all the time - based on our internal R&D or customer inputs. We make an official release with improvements and fixes 4 times a year.
