Ctrl+dblclick while VI running

why dont you hold the 'Control' key and double click on the subvi. (Control+double click) that will open up the subvi blockdiagram

Not while the VI is running it won't (as Michael said). While running, the ctrl+any click sets and clears breakpoints.

Sorry, Michael ... I don't think there's any shortcut like the one you're looking for.
