I don't know about the full news, but you should be able to pull the RSS feed and parse it for display in LabVIEW.

The easy way to do this would be to use the EasyXML toolkit

You can use the Datasocket Read primitive to download the info from any URL as a string if you append "[text]" to the end of the URL (as in http://myurl[text]). I don't if there is such a URL, but you should presumably be able to use it to download the XML file Philip pointed to.
