PaulG.
Will I kill my LV 8.5? I don't want a clean install. Just an upgrade. Anyone tried this? Thanks in advance for any advice and/or observations. Quote Link to comment

Thanks in advance for any advice and/or observations. It should work, but haven't tried it when I upgraded... (I did a clean install) Check this Microsoft article. Run the Upgrade advisor first... it will tell you if your settings are compatible with the upgrade or not. Quote Link to comment
jgcode
I upgraded on one system (the other was clean) with a few LabVIEW versions on it and it worked fine. I think MS worked hard to make up grading easy this time. Of course the safest approach would be to image the system so that you can roll back if something goes wrong. 1 Quote Link to comment
