Hi all ,

I know i am noisy but LAVA is my main source to learn ,

Well ,

I need a help in this program , suppose I want to build a program to teach kids any program lets say add 2 numbers ok? I want this program to be user freindly I mean the kid must enter his name first and class # , so how can I do it???

I mean a msg appears to user to enter his/her name , just that

From block diagram, select Dialog & User Interface Functions, then Prompt User for Input function (an Express vi)

alnaimi: May I suggest as part of your LV learning, take the time to go through every function pallate available to you and browse through each of them to see what canned functions are available. Not that you should build a vi around them to test and try each one, but rather let what is available to sink into your mind. Then when you have a task to accomplish, draw on your memory to say- ah, yes, I remember seeing a Max and Min function for an array- that could be of use for what I have to do.

Will do what u have said,,,

but in this case the msg will be dispalyed for infinity should I put in loop??? that appears once !!!
