Dirk J.
how does one set the default palette for a .lvclass? if I look at the class properties - general settings, the only one available is 'none', is it possible to add more options to that list? according to the help button there, it is settable for an xcontrol: Default Palette—Specifies the palette with which the XControl is associated. daal
If you add a .MNU to your class you will get the .mnu in the menu ring. http://forums.lavag.org/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=6478 And after that when you right click on the reference of your class in BD you will get a new menu. http://forums.lavag.org/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=6479 Dany Quote Link to comment

Dirk J.
thanks a lot, that makes sense. (un)fortunately the settings aren't inherited, so you need to add the *.mnu's to child classes as well.. Guillaume Lessard
Relating to that, is there an easy way to edit that mnu file other than editing the whole palette? That's the only method I've found, and I must say it feels very very kludgey -- especially since I only want that class palette in the pop-up menu... Quote Link to comment
