crelf
When I get all of my post through my RSS feed, they are sorted by topic (which is great), but the forum category that they were posted in in nowhere to be seen. I thin kthat the category is important as it adds context to the thread, so is it possible for the RSS feed to concatenate the category and thread name together into the post subject? This would be a useful feature. I don't want to hijack the thread, but I will also take this opportunity to link to http://forums.lavag.org/Readability-of-RSS-feeds-t9814.html' target="_blank">this idea again because it is somewhat related. Now while we are thread hi-jacking, do you mean something like this? QUOTE One great feature is exposed by Thinkinging and expressionflow: Where the RSS feed is divided into folders, it would be nice if the LAVA feed can be divided into seperate forums or seperate threads I don't know if IP board provides this but it would be nice! Ton Plomp
QUOTE(crelf @ Feb 2 2008, 09:00 PM) Am I missing something here? Maybe (or am I?, at least the post count goes up) I thought you wanted to sort your RSS feed info from LAVA in forum folder like style. My RSS reader (Newsfox as mentioned), shows folders under the RSS-feed for ThinkinginG displaying the tags Jim has used. Can you tell me what your reader (thunderbird?) does with the ThinkinG RSS (http://thinkinging.com/feed/)? Ton Quote Link to comment

Yes, and no. I like them all in one view, but my viewer groups stuff by subject, and if each thread subject is pre-appended with it's LAVA category, then I'm 100%. Sorry, I though I'd made that clear in my first post. QUOTE(tcplomp @ Feb 2 2008, 03:17 PM) Can you tell me what your reader (thunderbird?) does with the ThinkinG RSS (http://thinkinging.com/feed/)? But anyway adding the forum somewhere would be usefull. Ton Quote Link to comment

I'd still love to see this feature, if at all possible. Quote Link to comment
