how to Plot a x-y curve and save it as jpg file directly?

I'm working on automated Receiver sensiviti tests and after I got the data, i'd like to plot the Rx sensitivity as a straight line using fitting theory and then save it as jpg file.

wonder if someone here may give me some hints?
