There are a lot of options, and it really depends on your needs: what is/are your intended use case(s)? Quote Link to comment
ASTDan
My intended use is desktop sharing i.e. my customers can look at my desktop when talking about requirements. Another use could be colaberation. I have noticed people are working remotly more and more. What tools do they use to comunicate effectly beyond cell phones etc. Dan Quote Link to comment

You have FogCreek Copilot I have used a program that captured my desktop and converted it into a webcam driver to share via skype, msn and others. Ton Quote Link to comment
JustinThomas
I would recommend WEBEX from www.webex.com. Its great for desktop as well as application sharing. Also its useful for presentations with integrated VoIP and Chat. Another nice feature is you need not download any software just a small ActiveX control and it works instantly. Quote Link to comment
Jord
i would recommend a new tool called HyperMeeting. its main benefit is that it is integerated with an entire collaboration suite. this enhances the efficiency of web conferencing. you can use the same tool for synchronus (real time) as well as asynchronus (when the collaborators log into the system at different times) collaboration. TobyD
We also use WebEx and it works great, although if it were my company I think I'd look for a cheaper solution. Quote Link to comment
ASTDan
Webex looks really cool. It also looks afordable for a single user. $40/month seems to be what all the other services charge Hmmmm. Lots to think about Thanks for all your great input. Dan Quote Link to comment
