Simple timer problem

Hi friends ,

I have a simple while loop with a 'Wait' function ( 20sec) placed in it. How do I read the elapsed time say every sec ? My indicators get updated only after the delay- no matter what timer function I use.

Is there another way to implement this? Delay with elapsed time feature. Because I want to know how much I have to wait .
